Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re facing challenges on your own. I have chosen to help individuals and families navigate difficult seasons by offering empathy, a listening ear, and practical tools, while working collaboratively toward meaningful and lasting change. My approach is integrative and holistic, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic and insight-oriented therapy, as well as solution-focused, narrative, and strengths-based approaches. I also draw from family systems and ecological systems theory to better understand each client. Clients often describe my style as direct, supportive, and compassionate. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood, while also being supported in developing insight, building resilience, and making positive changes. I offer virtual/telehealth and in person sessions to provide accessible and flexible care.
