My clients are adults 18+ who often find me as they are caught in repeating cycles of anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and burnout. Most have felt “different” for much of their lives, being labeled as “too sensitive,” “too emotional,” or that they “care too much.” They are marked by experiences that leave them feeling like they are “too much, but also never enough." During each session, we will work together to co-create a safe space to explore what's in your head and heart. I integrate a variety of evidence-based practices to ensure that our work supports your unique needs and goals, including Humanistic and Existential Psychotherapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
