I'm a Mental Health Counselor with a master's degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling, and I've built my practice on a simple belief: meaningful change begins when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and safe enough to be yourself. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges across all adult life stages. My specialization includes first responders, law enforcement, military personnel, and veterans—populations whose experiences often require a deeper understanding of trauma and resilience. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Level 1 Gottman Method couples therapy, so I bring evidence-based tools and relational depth to our work together. Therapy isn't about becoming someone different or having all the answers—it's about gaining clarity, recognizing patterns that no longer serve you, and learning to move through life with greater confidence and intention. I offer telehealth sessions and currently accept new clients. I'm here to help you show up authentically.
