Zen Wellness was founded to increase access to mental health care for older adults but has since expanded to serve adolescents and adults as well. We specialize in geriatrics, adults, and adolescents, providing comprehensive support tailored to your needs. Our treatment begins with a thorough biopsychosocial assessment, followed by a collaborative treatment plan designed just for you. We use evidence-based therapeutic approaches delivered either virtually (for residents of New Jersey) or in the comfort of your home if you are in Essex County, NJ. Remember, depression, worry, loneliness, and suicidal thoughts are not a normal part of aging.
