I came to this work through my own experience of living between cultures, languages, identities, and expectations, and through years of being in spaces where people often had to translate themselves to be understood. That is part of what shaped my commitment to therapy that feels human, affirming, and grounded in context. I offer bilingual therapy in English, Spanish, and Spanglish for adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, family pressure, immigration stress, relationships, grief, shame, and life transitions. I welcome all identities, with a special commitment to LGBTQ+, Latinx, immigrant, and culturally marginalized communities. My goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, exhale, and begin exploring who you are beyond survival, performance, and other people’s expectations.
