Introduction

**Planning to use insurance? Please visit my website and select the insurance option to schedule. Appointments booked directly through SimplePractice are for self-pay clients only.** I work with neurodivergent adults in their 20s and 30s who have Autism, ADHD, or both, and who often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many also navigate anxiety, Purely Obsessional (Pure-O) OCD, or life transitions. I also support gay and queer individuals navigating identity, self-esteem, and relationship issues. They seek clarity, relief, and a space where they feel seen and supported as they build resilience and reconnect with their direction. I use a collaborative, CBT-informed, relational, and strength-based approach to help you explore patterns, clarify your values, and better understand the challenges you might be encountering. Together, we’ll define your goals and build on your strengths in a practical, affirming space, supporting your growth at your own pace. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to handling things alone. I strive to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what matters most in your life. If you’re looking for thoughtful support and a place to reflect, I’m here when you’re ready.
