Introduction

Hi, I'm Carlton. As someone who has navigated my own journey of self-discovery and understanding what it means to feel truly seen, I'm passionate about creating that same experience for neurodivergent adults and LGBTQ+ individuals. As a gay man of color, I value culturally attuned support and bring lived experience to our work together. My path to becoming a therapist wasn't straight or simple. My path started in Chicago's inpatient and residential behavioral health settings and an autism treatment center, where I saw how honoring neurodiversity changes care. Practicing independently since 2023 and launching my fully virtual practice in 2025, I built a space that rejects cookie-cutter care in favor of authenticity and collaboration. I am committed to providing inclusive care that celebrates differences rather than pathologizing them. I honor who you are while helping you grow. If you're tired of feeling misunderstood and ready to work with someone who truly gets it, let's connect. Email me now to book our first session—no phone calls needed!
