I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, chronic pain, and ADHD. These challenges can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. But you don’t have to go through it alone. I bring not only my professional expertise but also my own personal experience of healing. I know firsthand how intimidating and overwhelming the journey can be. That’s why I’m committed to walking alongside you as a compassionate guide offering tools, empathy, and a safe space for you to explore your past, present, and the future you want to create. My approach to therapy is holistic, blending mind and body-based practices with expressive arts to help you connect with both your internal and external experiences. Therapy doesn’t always have to look like traditional talk therapy. Sometimes words don’t fully capture what’s going on beneath the surface. That's where creativity and body awareness come in. You don’t need to be an artist to explore expressively, just bring your openness and curiosity. Together, we’ll discover new ways for you to communicate what you may not have the words for yet. Your first session is a space to land. We’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping might feel different in your life. There’s no pressure to tell your entire story all at once. We move at your pace, you’re always welcome to share as much or as little as feels safe. Most importantly, the first session is about building safety and trust. You’ll have space to ask questions about my approach, talk about what has or hasn’t worked in past therapy, and clarify what you need in order to feel supported. By the end of our time, we’ll discuss next steps and begin shaping goals that feel meaningful and realistic to you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and a little less alone than when you arrived. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you come in. We’ll begin exactly where you are.
