I believe healing begins within a genuine therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where authenticity is valued, curiosity is encouraged, and lasting healing can take root. My therapeutic approach is warm and direct, with a sense of humor that helps make difficult conversations feel more manageable. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and honest. Together, we'll celebrate your progress, challenge patterns that no longer serve you, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels safe. Every person's story is unique, and I believe their therapy should be too. My approach is eclectic and tailored to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies rather than a single treatment model. I am trained in EMDR, and integrate a variety of approaches to help clients process trauma, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with themselves. For clients who desire it, I provide Christian integration into the counseling process. My practice specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, women's issues, complex trauma, dissociative disorders-including Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)-and recovery from extreme abuse. Many of my clients have spent years surviving rather than living. Whether your experiences have left you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are, therapy can become a place to gently rebuild a sense of safety, identity, and hope.
