Introduction

Welcome to McCormack Behavioral Health! Whether you stumbled upon my page as first-timer or you are a seasoned therapy go-er, I am so happy you’re here. Often times, the things we need to talk about most, tend to be the most difficult to share. Together, it is my goal to ensure you feel supported, comfortable, and heard. I believe that when we have a little bit of hope and the right tools in our toolbox, people are free to experience change. I strive to help others gain insight and build motivation to make positive changes in their lives. I typically utilize a variety of interventions that are tailored to each client’s individual needs; including trauma-focused therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, and attachment theories, among others. I specialize in working with adults and young adults that struggle with trauma-related symptoms and experiences. If you are someone who has experienced childhood trauma, unhealthy relationships, perinatal mental health, or other traumas and find yourself feeling overwhelmed, irritable, depressed, and/or anxious, you’re in the right place. In addition to trauma, I also enjoy working with areas such as panic, grief, low self-esteem, life transitions, high stress, boundaries, co-occurring disorders, and relationship conflict. Last, but certainly not least, I strive to continue to learn more about other cultures, perspectives, and belief systems. Celebrating diversity, encouraging advocacy, and building a community that fosters growth and love for all is our mission here at McCormack Behavioral Health.
