Introduction

Hi, I’m Carmelle Cime, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance in both their mental and physical health. My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free, with a strong focus on helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their treatment journey. I began my career in healthcare with a passion for caring for underserved and diverse populations, working across primary care, nephrology, home health, and mental health settings. Over time, I recognized how deeply mental health impacts every aspect of a person’s life, relationships, physical wellness, career, and self-esteem, which led me to specialize in psychiatric care. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress-related conditions, insomnia, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals managing co-occurring concerns such as burnout, emotional overwhelm, and weight-related struggles. My treatment style combines evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, education, and holistic wellness strategies tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle. I believe mental healthcare should feel safe, personalized, and practical. Whether you are seeking help for the first time or returning to treatment after a difficult experience, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns openly and honestly. Through telehealth services, I strive to make quality mental healthcare more accessible, convenient, and consistent for busy professionals, parents, students, and individuals navigating everyday life challenges. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that supports not only symptom relief, but also long-term emotional wellness and improved quality of life.
