I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 18 years of clinical and nonclinical experience. I’m also a retired U.S. Army senior leader, which means I value clarity, accountability, and getting to the point, but I’m also approachable and relatable, and yes, I have a great sense of humor. I work exclusively with women navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and challenges with self-esteem and confidence. My specialty is helping women recover from unhealthy and pathological relationships, including narcissistic abuse and emotional manipulation. My approach is collaborative and grounded in psychoeducation. I believe understanding what you’ve experienced is key to changing it. Together, we’ll make sense of patterns like cognitive dissonance and trauma bonding, strengthen your boundaries, and rebuild your confidence so you can move forward with clarity. Therapy with me is real, engaging, and focused. We’ll do meaningful work—but without overcomplicating things or staying stuck in the same place. There’s room for honesty, growth, and laughter along the way. If you’re ready to make sense of what you’ve been through, rebuild your confidence, and move forward with intention, I’m here to help you get there.
