I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 15 years. I believe one of the most important parts of counseling is having someone you can genuinely connect with—someone who listens without judgment and creates a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. As a counselor, I strive to provide that kind of environment for every person who walks through my door. I work with children, teens, adults, seniors, and families, recognizing that each stage of life brings its own experiences, challenges, and opportunities for growth. My approach to counseling is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. Rather than approaching everyone in the same way, I take the time to understand who you are, what you've experienced, what matters to you, and what you hope will be different. I believe people have strengths within them even during the times when those strengths may be difficult to see. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to walk alongside you, offer support and guidance, and help you discover the tools and confidence you need to create meaningful change. Most importantly, I want counseling to feel like a place where you can simply be yourself—a place where you are heard, respected, supported, and never judged. You matter, your feelings matter, and you don't have to figure everything out by yourself.
