Carol Siggers Snow MSW Supervisee in Social Work Graduate of Arizona State University. If there was ever a time in your life where you’ve felt the need to have someone who could not only hear, but understand and validate you, I am that person. I have spent the entirety of my life helping people because it is what I enjoy. I enjoy working with people who are sincerely ready for a betterment change in their lives. We all have to navigate life’s numerous struggles and challenges. As we try to navigate life, sometimes depression, stress, anxiety, conflicts can be obstacles to our finding balance and stability. I would like to work with you in helping you to develop your ability to find or create balance of mind, body, and spirit for your life. I have worked extensively with child survivors of sexual abuse, adolescents, and members of the LGBT community who are challenged with depression, anger management and anxiety. I have a history of facilitating domestic violence treatment groups and empowerment groups for all ages. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults to help them develop the most effective coping strategies to help them achieve their individual goals successfully. My sessions are influenced by of Carl Rogers Person Centered Therapy and are tailored to the individual using a variety of techniques to help strengthen their abilities to provide effective selfcare and make healthier decisions utilizing these tools. My purpose is for individuals to achieve their growth so when the sessions are completed, they will be healthier than when they started. Because I understand the courage it takes to make that first step to seek out help, I seek to ensure to create a space that is empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for clients to begin their journey. I collaborate with clients to tailor treatment to their specific situations and needs. I offer day and evening appointments.
