At Carolina Grace Boutique Care, we intentionally practice medicine and mental health care differently. We are not a high-volume clinic, a franchise model, or a one-size-fits-all practice. Our boutique approach means: Longer, more thoughtful appointments Personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based care A smaller patient panel to preserve access, continuity, and responsiveness Care that considers the full picture—physical health, mental health, lifestyle, and life transitions We specialize in hormone health, mental health counseling, and medical weight-loss management because these areas are deeply interconnected.
