Do you struggle to make sense of past experiences? Maybe you carry distinct painful memories or fragmented ideas of what might have happened to you. Deep down there's a younger version of you who never quite felt safe, seen, and accepted. I work with adults who want to unpack childhood experiences and process unresolved emotions. Among these clients are adult children of immigrant families who carry feelings of guilt, loneliness, or disconnection. These experiences can be heavy and lonely to carry. Together, we can create a space where you are free to explore these questions of identity, family expectations, and belonging. I also work with high-conflict couples who feel stuck in painful patterns of communication. Recurring arguments usually point to deeper longings for connection, understanding, and security. In couples counseling, we can identify the cycles that keep you feeling disconnected and learn more secure ways of relating to each other. My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through meaningful connection. I strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move toward relationships that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
