I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out before walking through the door. My role is to help you make sense of what’s going on, understand what may be keeping you stuck, and work with you to figure out what comes next. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Depending on what you need, we may identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, build concrete coping skills, or explore what may be underneath the challenges you’re experiencing. My background is in substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment, which taught me that behaviors rarely exist in isolation. I now work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, and stress. Above all, I want therapy to feel human. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, understand yourself more deeply, recognize your strengths, and make meaningful changes in your life.
