I’m a Breast Cancer Coach, Grief Coach, Mother Loss Grief Coach, Legacy Therapy Provider, Play Expert and Scientist, with more than 20 years of experience in oncology and hospice nursing across the United States. I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals and families at some of the most respected cancer institutions in the country navigating various treatment modalities of surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. My clinical work spans the full spectrum of cancer care, end-of-life care, and grief—from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and bereavement. At the Center for Psycho-Oncology Care, I offer virtual coaching sessions that are warm, collaborative, and forward-focused. My work is deeply informed by my research, academic training, and extensive professional experience supporting individuals through the physical, emotional, and relational challenges that accompany serious illness and loss. I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from Meridian University, where I developed and published my doctoral research, The Significance of Play in Restoring Compassion. My research explored how play can awaken empathy, restore compassion, and reignite a sense of meaning and purpose in the lives of helping professionals. I also hold a Master of Science in Nursing. I support people navigating breast cancer, mother loss, grief, relational challenges, and life's transitions while building resilience, coping skills, and self-trust. My approach blends trauma-informed coaching, compassionate guidance, and somatic and narrative practices, empowering you to move forward with clarity, strength, and a deeper sense of wholeness. My approach blends compassionate companionship, trauma-informed care, somatic attunement, and the wisdom held in your story. I support you in understanding your experiences, strengthening your inner resources, and moving forward with clarity, groundedness, and a deeper sense of inner alignment with yourself. I offer virtual therapy sessions that are compassionate, caring, and forward-focused. I am available M-F in the mornings and afternoons.
