I work primarily with women, mothers, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, life transitions, burnout, pregnancy/postpartum experiences, and the many pressures that come with trying to hold everything together. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are messy thoughts, conflicting feelings, dark humor, uncertainty, and all. My approach is rooted in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and IFS-informed work (Internal Family Systems), which means we’ll explore not just symptoms, but the different “parts” of you that may be trying to protect you, push you, criticize you, or keep you safe. Together, we’ll build more self-understanding, flexibility, and compassion while also creating meaningful change in your life. Clients often describe me as warm, gentle, and easy to talk to. I believe humor can be an important part of healing, and sessions with me are often thoughtful, honest, and occasionally funny. At the same time, I won’t simply sit back and nod. I’ll gently challenge you, help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support you in moving toward the life and relationships you want. Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out before you begin. You just have to be willing to start.
