Introduction

I specialize in trauma healing, supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and couples/individuals seeking relationship support and counseling. My therapeutic toolbox encompasses various modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I often incorporate mindfulness and somatically-based interventions to facilitate deeper connections between the mind and body. I believe people are the experts on themselves - nobody knows you better than you! As such, I won't tell you what to do, but I will collaborate closely with you to create personalized treatment plans that align with your unique needs and goals. My goal for every client is to help them feel more empowered to trust themselves and live more authentically. I strive to create a warm, relaxed, and welcoming environment that allows you to feel understood and secure. I will walk with you on whatever life path you may be on while doing my best to support you and faciliate opportunities for learning new skills, creating changes to patterns that may no longer serve, and healing from past wounds.
