Introduction

I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced the deep complexities of trauma, struggles in relationships, and the challenges that can come with identifying as, or questioning if they are, LGBTQIA+. Individuals may report feeling lonely, isolated, anxious, depressed, disconnected, confused, or insecure. While the specific needs of each individual are unique, my goal is for all individuals who work with me to feel that their needs are heard and supported in their healing journey. I employ a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to counseling, working with adults, couples, and families. As a Person-Centered therapist, I collaborate closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals. I am dedicated to providing a space for you to feel brave while working through challenging emotions. If you are ready to do some work with someone who helps you feel seen, understood, and supported, let's connect.
