I am a therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting clients through perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, and the emotional and relational shifts that come with becoming a parent. My approach is grounded in narrative and psychodynamic therapy and informed by specialized training in perinatal wellness, child development, and disability studies. I focus on helping clients better understand their emotional patterns, reduce guilt and overwhelm, and build practical tools for regulation, communication, and relationships. I aim to create a collaborative, honest space where clients can show up as they are and leave therapy feeling more grounded, self-aware, and confident in how they move through their lives and relationships.
