Hi! My name is Caroline. Are you feeling overwhelmed by work, relationships, identity questions, or a major life transition? You are not alone. Many of my current and former clients are in their twenties and thirties; building careers and families, navigating dating or long-term partnerships, questioning beliefs they grew up with, or adjusting to responsibilities that feel heavier than expected. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what is happening internally, and move forward with a clearer view and more self-trust. My style is collaborative (we are a team), conversational, and based on genuine curiosity. I am interested in understanding how your experiences have shaped how you think about yourself and how you respond to stress. Together, we look at patterns that show up in your life (especially during moments of anxiety, conflict, or transition). At the same time, we work toward tangible change so that insight translates into real shifts in your day-to-day life. I also have specialized experience supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the transition into early parenthood. Becoming a parent can bring profound identity shifts, relationship changes, and emotional challenges that are rarely talked about openly. Therapy with me can provide a place to process those changes and feel more supported as you face this new stage of life. Clients often tell me that therapy with me feels honest, grounding, and unfiltered. You do not need to have the right words or a clear plan to begin. My goal is to create a space where you are actually understood, thoughtfully challenged when needed, and supported as you manage relationships, parenting or career changes, and the broader transitions that shape adulthood.
