Introduction

I’m a therapist who specializes in substance use disorders, trauma, emotional dysregulation, stress management, and life transitions. I provide individual therapy to adults aged 19 and older. I utilize motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, CBT, DBT, brainspotting, and strengths-based therapy. Whether you have something specific you want to focus on or just need a supportive space to talk to someone who will listen, I believe everyone has a story and every story matters.
