Caroline Holtz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with children, adolescents, and families to help them navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. She earned her Master of Social Work from Monmouth University, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, evidence-based care. Caroline specializes in working with young people facing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, school-related stress, and family transitions. She uses a blend of talk therapy, mindfulness practices, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support her clients in understanding their emotions, building healthy coping skills, and strengthening self-esteem. Caroline believes therapy should feel warm, supportive, and collaborative, and she is committed to creating a safe space where children and teens feel heard and families feel supported every step of the way.
