Caroline is an independently licensed social worker in Brookline, MA who has been a therapist since 2010. She provides individual therapy to adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, and coping with challenging life changes and transitions. Her treatment approach integrates psychotherapy with skills-based therapy (ACT, DBT), which is tailored to individual client need. Previous experience includes McLean Hospital for 9 years, where she specialized in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Psychosis, and the CEDAR Clinic for 4 years, where she specialized in the assessment and treatment of Psychosis-Risk. Caroline holds a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Post-graduate trainings include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Informed Therapy I currently have availability for both in-person and telehealth appointments on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons.
