I am an individual therapist for young through middle-aged adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress related to life transitions or grief, or mild to moderate OCD. I have over 15 years of experience in hospital, community mental health, and specialty clinic settings. I hold a warm, grounded, and compassionate space from which to explore in more depth the issues that are bringing you to therapy, and to decide collaboratively how to focus our work together. I have extensive training in multiple modalities of therapy, and now specialize primarily in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), in addition to offering Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for mild to moderate OCD. I work collaboratively with other healthcare providers as requested and when appropriate. I see clients who live in Massachusetts, both in-person and virtually. I currently have late morning and afternoon times available.
