Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may find yourself constantly worrying, feeling stuck, navigating a difficult life transition, struggling in your relationships, or carrying the weight of past experiences that are difficult to move beyond. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to face it alone. I have a special interest in helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship challenges. I especially enjoy working with individuals who want to build healthier relationships, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and better understand the patterns that influence how they connect with others. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and supported - without judgment. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where you can safely explore your experiences, gain insight, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Person-Centered Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you identify unhelpful thought patterns, build on your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward the life you want to live. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, life transitions, and identity exploration, including gender identity. Whether you're looking for practical coping skills, greater self-understanding, or simply a safe place to process life's challenges, I strive to meet you where you are and support you every step of the way. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My hope is to provide a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, discover your strengths, and leave each session feeling more empowered than when you arrived. I would be honored to be part of your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being.
