I aim to create a safe environment in which you can begin to feel comfortable navigating life’s stressors and successes. I recognize that each person is unique and therefore their counseling process should be as well. Whether your concerns started in these recent years, or have been around long before that, I’m here to listen and to help figure out a way to move forward. I use an existential approach to counseling, which focuses on finding purpose and meaning in life. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a model that supports the process of connecting to your inner sense of self, which is a calm, grounded, and compassionate place within you that can lead the healing process. I provide counseling services to individuals and couples. I completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and enjoy working on concerns including anxiety, depression, substance use, addiction, self-esteem, and sexuality. Healing is not linear, and every journey is different. Let’s take the next step together.
