I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in, Hawai'i, Maine, New York, Virginia, New York, and Connecticut. I offer in person sessions in Manhattan on Tuesdays. I work with women and non binary folks 18+. This work is for women who’ve learned how to function through pain. Who show up, stay busy, keep going, but feel disconnected, misunderstood, or flattened by pressure. Whether the struggle shows up as overthinking, sadness, people-pleasing, loneliness, or burnout, the common thread tends to be: something needs to shift. My approach is deeply human and collaborative. It’s less about what’s “wrong” and more about what’s happened, and how those experiences continue to shape identity, relationships, and a sense of safety in the world. I bring lived experience, a warm but direct presence, and a belief in the power of real connection. This isn’t therapy where someone nods along and lets things drift. I challenge clients when needed, while staying attuned to nuance, pacing, and emotional safety. Sessions are shaped by what matters to the individual. There’s room for humor, for contradiction, for being unsure. And over time, space opens for deeper insight, relief, and change. Currently accepting private pay clients (18+). Consultations are available. "When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, you don't blame the lettuce. You look into the reasons it is not doing well. It may need fertilizer, or more water, or less sun. You never blame the lettuce. " - Thich Nhat Hanh
