Hi, I’m Caroline! Therapy can be a place to pause, breathe, and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying. You deserve support that helps you find relief from distressing symptoms, restore balance, and reconnect with a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you truly are. In our work together, you’ll be met with warmth, respect, and genuine care. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment. This is an LGBTQIA+ affirming space where all identities are welcomed, respected, and valued. Your story, experiences, and identity matter here. My background includes work across hospital settings, hospice care, veterans’ services, child protective services, school-based therapy, and private practice. These experiences have shown me how deeply personal struggles are often shaped by life stressors, relationships, and the systems around us. Together, we can gently untangle what’s been weighing on you and begin identifying meaningful ways forward. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from person-centered therapy, strength-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build tools to manage anxiety, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and move toward the life you want to be living. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you - you are not broken. It’s about strengthening your ability to cope, heal, and grow while reconnecting with your strengths and values. If you’re ready to make an appointment, feel free to go ahead and schedule an intake session here. I’ll review your appointment request and if it looks like it may be a good fit, I’ll accept the appointment and look forward to meeting you. Have questions or want to chat first?
