I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with individuals and couples across New York. I specialize in supporting college students, young adults, and professionals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My clients often come to therapy looking to better understand themselves, build more fulfilling relationships, and develop a stronger sense of self-worth and direction. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I draw from an integrative range of evidence-based and insight-oriented modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, somatic approaches, and person-centered therapy. This allows us to both explore underlying patterns and experiences while also building practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, supported, and able to show up as yourself. Together, we will work toward increasing self-awareness, cultivating self-compassion, and shifting patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe therapy can be a powerful opportunity to move toward greater authenticity, resilience, and overall well-being. I received my Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and am committed to providing care that is thoughtful, culturally responsive, and grounded in each client’s unique experience.
