Caroline Senkowicz, LCSW, is a therapist specializing in the mental health and emotional development of children, teens, and families. With experience in private practice, treatment centers, child welfare, and higher education outreach, she brings a trauma-informed, creative, and family-centered approach to therapy. Caroline provides evidence-based care using play therapy, expressive arts, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. In addition to private practice, Caroline serves as the South Florida Project Manager for Florida State University’s College of Social Work, where she develops therapeutic programs for youth ages 5–18. She also facilitates expressive arts-based sessions at local treatment facilities. She holds an MSW from Florida State University and a BA in Psychology from the University of North Florida, with certifications in trauma-informed school interventions, early childhood social-emotional care, and child welfare case management.
