You've been carrying these burdens for so long, but you don't have to do it alone anymore. If you've been struggling with nervous system dysregulation, disordered eating, or attachment wounds that are disrupting your current relationships, I would be a great fit for you. I currently work with young people ages 9+ and adults 18+ struggling with people pleasing, body image, family of origin trauma, suicidality, depression/anxiety, and unconventional grief & loss. A lot of my clients initially seek me out searching for a place that allows them to authentically unmask; they leave feeling more embodied, resilient, and confident. I provide a judgement-free space to explore your personal relationship to your mind, body, food, & others. As a yoga teacher & former female collegiate athlete, I also provide a unique perspective of movement & nutrition. I have a passion for somatic-focused modalities, mindfulness, & attachment theory to assist in cultivating awareness & transformation. I recognize it takes immense courage to be here, and I would be deeply honored to provide witness, attuned support, and gentle guidance throughout your journey. I also fully acknowledge the barriers to accessible therapy - whether that be stigma, cost, or not knowing where to start. Both myself & my team at CALM are here to make it as easy as possible.
