I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, supported, and involved. I help clients explore how past experiences may be shaping present challenges so they can move forward with clarity and confidence. I work with adults and adolescents (especially navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression). I enjoy helping people navigate life transitions. I love working with survivors. I welcome clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities. I have fourteen years of experience. My approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), evidence-based approaches that I tailor to each client’s needs. I have advanced training in trauma-focused therapies including EMDR and CPT, along with a post-master fellowship in contextual behavioral therapies (ACT and DBT) through the University of Chicago. I love this work and care deeply about my clients. I work at a pace that feels right for each person and recognize that therapy is challenging. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions. I welcome you to reach out for a free consultation. If your needs are outside my scope of practice or my caseload is full, I’m happy to provide referrals.
