Introduction

You spend all your energy caring for a loved one—but who is holding space for you? Let’s work together to move from burnout to balance, so you can reclaim your well-being without losing yourself. As a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping family caregivers navigate the profound depletion of caregiver burnout—that heavy state of exhaustion that happens when you constantly pour into a family member without a way to replenish your own reservoir. Having navigated the complex realities of family caregiving myself, I understand the heavy, invisible toll it takes on your mind, body, and spirit. In our work together, we will look at your caregiving journey from three powerful angles. Using a psychodynamic approach, we will safely explore the deeper roots of your experience, processing the complex emotions—like guilt, resentment, or grief—and understanding how your own history influences how you care for others. To help you manage the day-to-day pressure, we will integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and reshape overwhelming thought patterns, alongside mindfulness practices to help you ground your nervous system and find calm amidst the daily chaos. Together, we will work to establish sustainable boundaries and reclaim your well-being. You do not have to carry this weight alone, and learning to care for yourself is not selfish—it is necessary. Take the first step toward reclaiming your balance. Click below to schedule a free, confidential consultation, and let's explore how we can support you through this journey.
