My integrative approach combines traditional and holistic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindful Self-Compassion and mindfulness meditation.
