Introduction

You don’t have to shrink yourself to fit into a space that wasn’t built for you. As a therapist based in Minneapolis, MN, I specialize in holding space for people who are often left out of the mainstream narrative—those navigating identity, trauma, and complex life transitions. Whether you're exploring non-traditional relationship models (like polyamory or kink), living with HIV, identifying as LGBTQ+, or just trying to survive adulthood with your sanity intact, you're welcome here. While I work with a variety of folks, I have a particular affinity for working with healers and health care workers (no, you will not gross me out). I work primarily with adults and offer a trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy in Minneapolis and the surrounding Twin Cities area. I'm trained in EMDR therapy, which can be incredibly effective for clients healing from trauma, PTSD, or difficult life experiences. I am also trained in the Anchored Relational Therapy model. My style is collaborative, honest, and deeply human—I bring laughter, curiosity, and realness into every session. I’d be honored to support you. Reach out today to schedule a free consultation. Your full self is welcome here.
