Introduction

I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University in 2013. Since that time, I have worked as a therapist in hospital, college counseling, and private practice settings. My approach to therapy is relational and integrative, drawing from a range of modalities to tailor to client's individual needs. One of my areas of focus is maternal mental health, including emotional challenges related to miscarriage, birth trauma, postpartum depression or anxiety, adjustment to parenting, and identity changes in motherhood. My passion for maternal mental health grew from witnessing how transformative it can be to have the right support for these often overwhelming or isolating experiences. Through my previous experiences in college counseling, I also specialize in working with college students during this formative time in life. Additional interests include working with clients through grief and loss, relationship and family concerns, anxiety disorders, and trauma. Whether you are coping with a specific problem or needing a space for support, our work together will blend exploration, insight, and skill-building to address the concerns that bring you in.
