Introduction

I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for preteens through older adults in Winchester, Virginia, and surrounding areas, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, substance use concerns, and mood disorders. Many of the individuals I work with are high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel exhausted, stuck, or stretched too thin. I take a whole-person approach to care, combining medication management with brief, supportive therapy and practical lifestyle strategies. Together, we’ll look beyond just symptoms to understand what’s contributing to how you feel and create a plan that is realistic, sustainable, and tailored to you.
