Introduction

I help individuals and couples move through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions with greater resilience and authenticity. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies that address the whole person in the healing process and build towards the client's desired values and goals aligning them with a positive sense of identity. I work with many individuals and couples who have found themselves still stuck after talking through their problems at length in previous therapy. Insight is only the starting place. I help clients identify and make sense of unhealthy patterns, but then take those next steps with gentle challenges to create new ones from a sense of greater agency. I help clients who want to create lasting changes and more possibilities in their own lives and in their relationships.
