Introduction

Have you ever found yourself thinking, I'm exhausted. How did I get here? Where is my life going? You feel overwhelmed and stretched thin. Not knowing how to deal with trauma, depression, or anxiety is lonely and hard. I can help you slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with who you are and what you want. I will provide guidance and support to help you move forward with what is best for you, rather than reacting to others’ needs and expectations. I have expertise in helping with challenges related to trauma, abuse and violence, depression, anxiety, and caregiver burnout. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in behavioral health. I have been an advocate, trainer, director, and clinician. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Alongside my clinical work, I am deeply committed to improving the behavioral health service system for the most vulnerable populations. I have spent 15 years supporting programs, organizations, and systems in the Philadelphia area and across the state to ensure access to effective treatment for everyone in need. Call or email to get started! I offer a brief phone or video consultation to help you decide if this feels like a good fit. You don’t need to have the right words, just reaching out is enough.
