Introduction

Hello there, I’m Carrie! I currently have openings for both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. I’m a pre-licensed therapist serving Vermont under the supervision of Caroline O’Connor, LCMHC, PATP. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University. I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, disconnection, and overwhelm. These feelings are not signs that something is wrong - they’re invitations to listen more deeply. The body remembers what the mind forgets, and within that wisdom lies the key to healing. Together, we’ll create space to release what’s been heavy and reconnect with your inner clarity, calm, and confidence. My integrative approach blends talk therapy with somatic practices such as breathwork, visualization, and mindfulness to help you feel more grounded, process emotions, and release limiting beliefs. I combine top-down methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with bottom-up, body-based techniques to engage both the mind and the nervous system in healing. Together, we’ll cultivate deep emotional release, reframe old stories, and reconnect you with your most authentic self - empowering you to move forward with confidence and ease.
