Introduction

Welcome—thank you for being here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Since 2005, I have been dedicated to providing mental health services and supporting clients through a wide range of life experiences. I am licensed to practice in Washington, Oregon, New Hampshire, and Wyoming, and I offer both in-person sessions and telehealth counseling, depending on your needs and location. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and supported by a variety of evidence-based modalities to best fit each individual. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where your story can be heard and your goals can take shape. I am currently accepting new clients and look forward to the opportunity to work with you. +++ Separate from my therapeutic practice, I also offer coaching services for people seeking personal growth, clarity, and direction in life. Coaching provides a space to work toward goals, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Coaching is distinct from therapy — it does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health concerns — and is available to clients nationwide.
