Introduction

Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re struggling with your relationship with food, your body, or your mental health. My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP) specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and related concerns. Throughout my career, I have worked across residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care, helping adolescents and adults navigate recovery from anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, compulsive exercise, and disordered eating patterns. In addition to eating disorders, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, fertility-related challenges, and life transitions. I understand that these struggles often intersect, and I take a holistic approach that considers the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms. My therapeutic style is grounded in evidence-based behavioral approaches. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical skills to manage difficult emotions, and create sustainable changes that align with your values and goals. I believe recovery is possible, and I am committed to helping clients develop a healthier relationship with themselves, their bodies, and their lives. Whether you are seeking support for an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, or fertility-related concerns, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
