My Story I am a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern who works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing support across a wide range of mental health concerns. I am committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical tools for meaningful change. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I also incorporate a relational perspective into my work and have completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method, which supports improved communication and connection within relationships. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also work with children and families to support emotional development and strengthen relational dynamics. As a native Nevadan and graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, I maintain a strong connection to the local community. Outside my clinical work, I am a Master Gardener and enjoy gardening, cooking, and painting. I strive to provide care in a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment, helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their growth.
