Introduction

Many of those I work with describe feeling like anxiety has taken over, constant worrying, overthinking, or trying to keep everything together while feeling overwhelmed inside. If you’ve been living on autopilot or feeling disconnected from the person you want to be, you’re not alone. My role is to help you untangle these patterns and reconnect with what matters most. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders; including panic attacks, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, and health anxiety-as well as stress, family conflict, difficulty setting boundaries, and the pressures that come with work, relationships, and social media. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure Therapy. These evidence-based methods help you break anxious patterns, shift unhelpful thoughts, and gradually face the situations that keep you stuck—all while building confidence and emotional resilience. In therapy, you’ll learn practical tools such as mindfulness skills, CBT strategies, healthy boundary-setting, and values-based actions that support a more grounded, meaningful life. Whether you're an adult seeking relief from anxiety or a teen navigating stress and self-expectations, therapy with me offers a warm, collaborative space where you don't have to hold everything together. How My Approach Helps: • Learn mindfulness tools to calm racing thoughts • Use CBT skills to challenge and reshape unhelpful thinking • Practice exposure therapy to face fears safely and reduce avoidance • Strengthen healthy boundaries in relationships and school/work • Build psychological flexibility so anxiety has less control • Take values-based steps toward a more grounded, intentional life Therapy with me is a warm, practical, collaborative space where you don’t have to hold everything together. We’ll work together on things like managing anxious thoughts, handling tough situations, building confidence, and figuring out what helps you feel more grounded and in control.
