***Now offering early morning session availability starting at 7am Seeing a new therapist can be an intimidating process, and I try to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental space for all my clients. My main focus in therapy is to help clients move towards their goals, reduce anxiety and stress, and get out of autopilot and start living again. I specialize in treating various types of anxiety disorders, including panic disorders, social anxiety, phobias, and generalized anxiety. I also enjoy working with work stress, family conflict, and disordered eating. Treatment goals can vary and may include developing new coping skills, developing opportunities to set boundaries, or just having a safe space to process challenges. I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach and work collaboratively with individuals to explore how relationships, history, culture, and environment play a role in the healing process. I currently only offer telehealth sessions in Washington state. I love watching funny TV shows, spending time with my two dogs, and drinking hot chocolate.
