Introduction

Hello and welcome! Life can be difficult, and every day has the potential to introduce new challenges - many being unpredictable, unique, and with no clear answers. My objective is to help you navigate those challenges and find answers you need to reach your goals and live your most fulfilling life. My name is Carson, and I currently live in the Mission Valley located in northwest Montana. I aim to provide therapeutic services across Montana, utilizing a telehealth platform to reach all four corners of the state. Building a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation of my practice. Through this relationship, I encourage individuals to harness their strengths, and explore patterns of thought, emotional responses, and behaviors. With these in mind, we work together to find a path to overcome the issues and road blocks holding you back. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to accomplish this; including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma Focused CBT. My core beliefs are person-centered in nature, which means that every individual is unique and there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach. Rather, you steer the ship of your own healing journey. You'll decide what your goals are and which approaches do and don't work for you. It is my duty to tailor your preferences to best fit the path you've chosen, ultimately allowing us to reach your goals. Trying to find the right therapist can be overwhelming. It's discouraging to share intimate details of your life story only for it to be the wrong fit. Reach out today for a free consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit for you!
