Introduction

Hi, I’m Casey. Reaching out for support—whether for mental health, past trauma, or everyday stress—can feel overwhelming. Taking that first step isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including substance use, trauma (past or present), grief, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-based methods such as EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also incorporate skills from DBT to help with emotional regulation and coping. Life can bring unexpected and difficult experiences, and it’s not always clear how to move forward. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s going on at your own pace and begin to make meaningful changes. I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
