Introduction

You may come to therapy exhausted by patterns that once helped you cope but no longer feel sustainable — in relationships, self-criticism, trauma, or the pressure of holding everything together. I help adults and couples step out of those patterns and respond to themselves and others with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust. I'm Dr. Casey Judge, PhD, a licensed psychologist and founder of Judge Psychology in Columbus, Ohio. I offer general mental health care (anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and more) with a clinical emphasis on trauma, PTSD, body image, perinatal, and couples counseling. Judge Psychology is one of the only practices in Ohio dedicated to delivering CBCT for PTSD, an evidence-based treatment for couples affected by trauma. Services include weekly therapy, EMDR intensives, accelerated CPT, and workshops. In person in Columbus (Westerville), Ohio and virtually via PSYPACT. Weekend and evening availability. Find more information at judgepsychology.com. Co-author, Positive Body Image Workbook (2021). Clinical background includes the VA and Laureate Eating Disorder Program (all levels of care) serving adolescents and families.
