Introduction

I’m Casey Luciano, a licensed associate marriage and family therapist, plant enthusiast, chronic reader, and the human to a house full of rescue cats. I’m married, childless not by choice, and a first-trimester loss mom. My lived experience with infertility, endometriosis, and a hysterectomy in 2024 deeply informs my work. I specialize in perinatal loss, infertility, reproductive trauma, and the emotional experiences of individuals and couples during the perinatal period. I also work with clients navigating major life transitions and difficult, high-stakes decisions. My approach integrates person-centered therapy, attachment theory, the Gottman Method, and psychodynamic work. I offer a warm, collaborative space that blends insight, practical tools, and honest, engaged conversation.
