I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults who are living with the ongoing effects of complex trauma, anxiety, dissociation, and the emotional and physical challenges that can accompany chronic illness. I believe the therapeutic relationship can offer a steady, supportive space for healing—one that centers safety, understanding, and care, especially for those whose early experiences included injury, loss, or emotional hurt. I approach my work with patience, curiosity, and compassion, offering a relational and collaborative space grounded in Ego State Therapy and Clinical Hypnosis. For many people impacted by complex trauma, these parts may feel conflicted or disconnected, often shaped by early relational experiences. This work supports understanding and integration while strengthening a sense of internal and relational security, helping you feel more grounded, supported, and at ease over time.
